Prior to Mira Industries, Marc worked in the trenches of his family’s global distributor Wego Chemical Group. Over a decade across various roles, concluding as COO, Marc executed a transformation of the company’s global operating model during a period of growth—its leadership structure, commercial / go-to-market model, supply chain management, financial and administrative operations, and more. Growing up inside a multi‑generational enterprise taught him both the privilege and the complexity of family business. Marc is passionate about uncovering the unknowns that hold back family businesses from their potential, and building world class teams to unlock the next phase of growth. Marc holds a BA from Duke University in Philosophy.
